Ingredients 

For Chicken Kiev:

  • 4 boneless, de-skinned chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A cup of breadcrumbs 
  • 2 beaten eggs 
  • A cup of all-purpose flour
  • Oil (for frying)
  • 2 sticks of unsalted softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley 
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon. 

For Boiled Potatoes: 

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and quartered 
  • Salt, to taste

Method 

Setting up the oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius 

Marinating the Chicken: 

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts to season them.

The creamy parmesan, the tangy marinara sauce, and the goodness of mushrooms blend into lip-smacking slices for you to cherish. Dutch Oven Pizza Recipe

Ingredients 

  • A pound of fresh pizza dough
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • A cup of marinara sauce

For Toppings:

  • 8 ounces of cooked, spicy chicken sausages

  • ⅓ cup of shredded bell peppers

Ingredients:

For Roasted Vegetables:

  • A cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 sliced zucchini, sliced
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced yellow bell pepper 
  • A  tablespoon of olive oil
